FINANCING
We have several finance sources available to us with
terms of up to 10 years and payments on some vans as
low as $399 per month. Credit checks are required and
in some cases a down payment may be required.
We are extremely customer service-oriented as our
management is in the marketplace every day. Our internal
operations staff is rock solid, highly experienced,
knowledgeable and proven performers.
LEASING
The explosive growth of the market for adaptive equipment
conversion vans, coupled with the development and acceptance
of advanced, “high tech” adaptive equipment has influenced
vehicles lessors such as us to address the special needs
of this industry.
THE FINANCE LEASE PROGRAM
Under the finance lease plan, a running lease balance
is maintained at all times much like the amortization
of a real estate loan and is coupled with the fact the
lease does not have an absolute, fixed term. We program
the payments based on the anticipated time of use, the
approximate miles to be driven, and amortize the vehicle
to equate to anticipated future market value. The lease
term can run from two to five years. The termination
of a finance lease is that point where the client has
no further need for the vehicle and either directs the
lessor to dispose of the vehicle or chooses to acquire
the vehicle at its then present balance. If we are directed
to dispose of the vehicle, we market it for the best
wholesale value, credit the proceeds to the lease balance
with the client receiving any surplus, or paying any
deficiency that might arise out of the sale. No mileage
charges are incurred, nor are there any costs or billing
for mechanical condition or material shortcomings. Click

THE NET LEASE PROGRAM
The net lease, on the other hand, carries a specific
term of service. When the vehicle returns from that
term of service, it is sold with no market contingency
on the client. The net lease program involves a specific
mileage allowance with a per mile charge being made
for any miles driven in excess of the allowable. Additionally,
should the vehicle have suffered any material, mechanical
or cosmetic shortcomings, a billing is made to correct
those defects. For example: should a vehicle have a
$150 door dent, it would be billed back to the customer
at the cost of the repair. The same would hold true
for a mechanical malfunction, such as a power steering
pump, or cosmetic damage, such as a cigarette burn in
the seat.
We would, of course, go over all the specifics of the
plans prior to the time we mutually move to complete
the lease so there would be a complete understanding
of the lease arrangement. Our agreements are amazingly
simplistic and do not involve any degree of complexity.
